Parents are encouraged to use the School Gateway service. This online system will allow payments for the following:
Breakfast and After School care
chargeable After School clubs
(please remember to book places on the required club before paying)
Once you have registered for a School Gateway account from https://login.schoolgateway.com
for which you just enter your email address and mobile number (which match details that the school has on record for you), select the ‘Send PIN’ button. A PIN number will then be sent to your mobile phone. This PIN number allows you to log into the School Gateway and view / make payments.
If you are currently receiving both texts and e-mails from us then you should be able to login successfully.
If you receive an error message, it may mean that your current details do not match our system, in which case you will need to give the school your up to date contact details.
You will be notified by text or email that there is a payment request waiting, for example, a school visit. Simply log in using your email address and your PIN number, select the payment request(s) you wish to fulfil and follow the Wizard through to pay.
Convenience to you
You can give your consent for trips online, saving you the need to fill out permission slips. We will always notify you when a trip is due, either by text or an email. Simply log into the school gateway to give your consent and pay as necessary.
You will be able to see a record of the payments that you’ve made, and receipts are sent to your registered email address for all your transactions.
If you have more than one child at this school or another school that also use the Schoolcomms payment module, you can merge the accounts so one log in gives you access to all your children’s payment requests and history.
Your card details are not visible or stored by Schoolcomms or the school system. All card information is processed by Barclaycard.
